the staff were helpful our room had a gorgeous view i saw a special entrance directly to the o2 from the hotel. the room was spacious and clean it included water coffee tea hot chocolate and biscuits i also saw a fridge stocked with many items.
the duvet felt noisy when i moved the pillows were not supportive enough.

i enjoyed time in the pool and jacuzzi. the gym offered multiple cardio machines. there were treadmills and stationary bikes available for use providing various exercise options . towels were readily available.

the breakfast included many choices. i saw a hostess cute guests at the entrance each morning. i could request dairy-free alternatives to accommodate my dietary requirements which was convenient. the restaurant was clean and tidy.

The room design was beautiful. It felt very luxurious. The gym had various equipment. Breakfast included a vast selection of well-cooked items. I especially appreciated the fruit selection.
The TV was mirrored. This made viewing difficult. The hotel eateries were difficult to locate! The bar staff needed training. Their English wasn't great.

The room's tv remote didn't work initially. It needed new batteries. i had to wait a while for someone to come and fix it. this was a bit inconvenient after a long day.

the location was convenient to the 02 venue.
i was frustrated by the malfunctioning tv. i had a lot of trouble changing channels, and it kept turning off unexpectedly. there also weren't instructions for the coffee maker.

i was really annoyed with several aspects of my stay. the phone system was down, so i could not call the concierge. i asked multiple times for ice to my room for a medical issue and did not get it.
